Hair

First of all, it is a rich, chocolaty brown; very dark. When it's not cut too short it curls itself in wild, wavy tendrils. It's more wavy when he's attempted to tame it and more curly when it's been left to its own devices. I've tried to put stuff, like ink pens, in it to see if the tangly curls will hold things. It doesn't work but it looks like it should. Some days it's almost like his hair is an animal; a separate living organism riding atop his head. I find it endlessly fascinating.
