Blog Housekeeping: Can I Get Your Opinion?

Tonight I deleted a lot of stuff from my sidebar thinking less is more or whatever. The one major addition I made after all the subtracting is a twitter widget. I'm not sure I like it. Please tell me what you think about it. I tried to add at twitpic widget too but that didn't go well at all. I'm not sure if there's something wrong with the code or if it only works on left sidebars. Anyway, take a look at my new twitter widget and tell me what you think.
